Installation
“Truth (Monument)” is a freestanding plaster work, referencing both classical sculpture and masonic imagery from the US dollar bill. It is installed with a wall painting, “The Storm” is based on a quote from the Venerable Bede, circa 8th century, wherein the life of man is compared to that of a sparrow, buffeted by winds, blown accidentally into the warm mead hall for a time, only to be blown out into the cold night again.
